A sex offender will be released from prison on May 26, 2015 and will reside in Phillips.
Justin W. Smith was convicted of first degree sexual assault of a child in 1996. He was sentenced to twenty years in state prison. In 2007 he was convicted of first degree sexual assault of a child and sentenced to five years in state prison, consecutive to other sentences. Both cases were in Price County.
Mr. Smith is under the supervision of Wisconsin Department of Correction and/or local probation agents.
He is 41 years old, white, 5'11" tall, 210 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
He is a lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program.
Upon his release, he will reside at 172 1/2 N. Lake Avenue, Phillips.
