ATVs/UTVs on roads

In reply to statements in the Price County Review made in a letter by Charles Jennissen, MD, Iowa.

Dr. Jennissen stated: (The Price County Supervisors are considering an ordinance that would open many public roads to ATV/UTV use and that over 60 percent of ATV fatalities occurred on roadways.)
